Trinity is the Partnerships & Engagement Manager at FULCRUM, working with organizers across the country to create meaningful events that align with the organization's local and national strategies and stewarding partnerships that produce the greatest impact for kids. Additionally, she manages the Executive Director's public engagements and provides administrative support to FULCRUM's leadership team in the areas of finance, communications, and special projects.

Before FULCRUM, Trinity worked in various programmatic and project management roles at nonprofit organizations based in San Diego and Denver. Her passion lies at the nexus between social justice and sustainability with an emphasis on underserved, underrepresented, and underestimated groups. She strongly believes that championing early literacy as a civil right is critical to empowering all.
