Tori is the Director of Development & Operations at FULCRUM, taking broad responsibility for several key functions within the organization: fundraising and donor relations, finance, operations, and tactical organizational leadership. 

She holds a degree from the University of Florida’s College of Journalism and Communications and began her career as a middle school ELA educator through Teach For America. After several transformative years in the classroom, Tori moved to the Bay Area to transition into education technology. She later joined Next Gen Personal Finance, a personal finance nonprofit, as the Director of Financial Equity and Empowerment where she led national multimillion-dollar grant initiatives. 

Tori now combines her love of English with her passion for organizational development, channeling both into upholding FULCRUM's belief that full and complete reading is a universal mandate.
