Lindsey is the Communications Manager at FULCRUM, leading strategy to drive understanding of the literacy crisis, elevate examples of success, and accelerate a movement for change. 

She began her career as a speech-language pathologist (SLP), supporting communication and pre-requisite reading skills, including “The Six Pillars,” in the classroom and in private practice. She saw first-hand how students of means obtained after-school services to make strides while their less-affluent peers fell behind, and this understanding inspired her commitment to empowering underserved populations. Lindsey transitioned to the corporate world, designing content for learning products and producing children’s books, before settling in the nonprofit sector in 2022. 

Lindsey is dedicated to amplifying powerful stories, sharing critical information, and strengthening community relationships to advance FULCRUM’s mission.
